3.  I will provide a detailed and understandable Agency Presentation.

4.  I will provide a legal listing agreement so all the terms of the listing are clear and understandable.

5. I will prepare a detailed Sellers Net Sheet to provide you with all expenses associated with selling your home.

6.  I will install a lockbox on your home to increase your showings by 80%.

7.  I will enter your Home Information in BRIGHT (MLS) this will also supply information to Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, Redfin and many other top search engines for potential buyers.

8. I will arrange for the location and installation of our distinctive “FOR SALE” sign in your yard with my contact information.

9.  I will prepare a Professional Brochure for your home for Prospective Buyers to keep to include a feature sheet, photos and other important information.

10. I will send out “JUST LISTED” cards with property details to Neighbors and Surrounding Communities in case they have friends or family moving to the area.

11. I will follow up with all leads and inquiries from the Internet, newspaper advertising, property showings etc. and provide you with feedback.

12. I will hold at least 1 Open House and possibly others if the market dictates.

13. I will advertise your home on Facebook, You Tube and other Popular Sites.

14. I will Screen and Qualify all interested Parties.

15. I will present all Offers and Counter-Offers with a Net Sheet so you may make an informed decision on the sale of your home.

16. I will help you with scheduling on all inspections, recommend contractors where needed and help negotiate any repairs with the Buyers Agent.

17. I will recommend Movers, Packers, Cleaners and any other Services needed for your Move!

18. I will attend Settlement/Closing with you!!
